Katrina showed her love for Salman
Though there are numerous reports of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s tiff, the duo always stands for one another at the end of the day. Katrina never leaves an opportunity to show her love for her red-hot boyfriend. Whether it is any social events or premiere of Salman’s film, she stands by him under any circumstances.
In the recently held HDIL India Couture Week, Katrina walked the ramp to support Salman’s charity ‘Being Human’ and showed the world that she is with him. If it is not enough, she also wore the dress which was being designed by Shane and Falguni with Salman’s painting on the outfit. It was a black and skin colored gown that carries a painting of a saint.
Hollywood Cinematography legend Amir Mokri to shoot Anthony's next actioner
When Iranian cinematography legend Amir Mokri saw Blue on Oct 9 on the 'Clint Eastwood Recording Sound Stage No 6' at the Warner Brothers Studios in Los Angeles, director Anthony D'Souza, a huge self-confessed and unabashed fan of Mokri's work played a little game with Mokri.
Anthony quietly let his precious film unfold for his favourite cinematographer and waited for him to recognize the sequence that Tony had shot as per instruction from Mokri in LA. Of course Mokri immediately recognized the sequence whose shots were similar from Bad Boys 2 which Mokri had photographed.
Says Anthony, ''Of course Amir recognized the shots immediately. I had seen the way actors Will Smith and Martin Lawrence zigzagged through windows and doors for a particular sequence in Bad Boys 2. I wanted to use those shots for a sequence between Sanjay Sir (Dutt) and Lara Dutta in Blue. I got in touch with Mokri and he instructed me and my cameraman on phone and email on how to go about doing the shots in a way that the camera seems to be hurling at the same speed as the characters. I think we got it right. Amir seemed to think so.''
Anthony isn't saying it, but Mokri liked Blue enough to be a part of his next film, the aerial actioner with Akshay Kumar and John Abraham.
Though Anthony isn't telling, the news is Mokri would do the camerawork for that film.

James Franco to Guest-Star on General Hospital
But I can't let this one go... And maybe I’m a couple days late in my response here ... but, WHAT?!?!? James Franco is joining the cast of General Hospital?!?!? Yep, Franco has signed on for a two-month guest role on the highly dramatic ABC soap opera. Am I the only one here who is seriously confused? Last time I checked big stars don’t do soaps. (Small stars are supposed to hope to become big stars by doing gigs on silly soaps!) And Franco is sort of a big star. He’s gotten a lot of acclaim over the last few years for roles in Milk, Pineapple Express ... and a little movie called Spiderman! He’s also set to star in the upcoming movie sure-to-be-huge Eat, Pray, Love. So, yeah ... What?!?!
This is not the first time Franco has done things backwards. In 2008, he enrolled in classes at NYU and Columbia ... which kind of made sense. He wanted to write, act, and hone his craft. But this career choice is just weird.
So what do we think of his new gig? Is it going to ultimately help or hurt his career? As they probably asked in his University acting classes, "James, what's your motivation?"
